Superior Tube announces key appointments

Superior Tube, a unit of AMETEK Specialty Metal Products and a manufacturer of small diameter tubing, announced several key appointments.

It announced William Scilingo’s appointment as plant manager, based at the company’s facility in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. He will be responsible for all aspects of the plant’s day-to-day management. Scilingo will also be playing a key role as part of the AMETEK Specialty Metal Products’ leadership team. He is a dedicated operations professional with over 25 years of experience in the metals industry as well as over 20 years of experience in leadership and management roles in the medical, industrial, and automotive markets. Passionate about employee safety and staff development, Scilingo has a history of leading improved business performance and operational efficiency by bringing teams together through a common vision.

Superior Tube said it is committed to the recruitment and development of people who share its passion for industry-leading operational excellence and customer service.

Other appointments include Eric Lentz as operations manager, Mark Heuberger, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Scott Bussinger, Quality Manager, Hassan Raid, EH&S Manager, Tamer Elbably, Planning Supervisor and Brian Gorney, Process Engineer and Metallurgist.
