Saudi Aramco bond issuance pricing set at US$12 bln

Saudi Aramco announced that it has priced an offering of US$12 billion in its inaugural international bond issuance showing very strong investor interest.

The issuing $12 billion of bonds for its state-run oil company in one of the most oversubscribed debt offerings in history.

The offering is expected to close on 16 April 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. The Notes will trade on the London Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market.

The issuance is comprised of five tranches of senior unsecured notes, which have maturities ranging from three to 30 years.
